Neighborhood facilities rental information
The Winborn Terrace clubhouse and the Waterhouse Street pavilion are available for rental for private parties. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse or the pavilion please contact our property management company, All-In-One Management (AIO). Please follow these steps:
1. Check the online facilities rental calendar for availability at hamiltontownship.net.
2. Contact AIO via phone at 678-363-6479 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request your reservation. AIO will confirm your reservation within 1-2 business days with confirmation and the lockbox code to access the key.
2. Mail rental payment to AIO

The rental of Hamilton Township facilities is only for residents of Hamilton Township. We are sorry, but we cannot allow rentals by non-residents, no exceptions.The address of the facilities (in case you need for food delivery or invitations):

Rental fees are as follows:
