Neighborhood facilities rental information

The Winborn Terrace clubhouse and the Waterhouse Street pavilion are available for rental for private parties. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse or the pavilion please contact

The rental of Hamilton Township facilities is only for residents of Hamilton Township. We are sorry, but we cannot allow rentals by non-residents, no exceptions.

The address of the facilities (in case you need for food delivery or invitations):

Waterhouse pool & pavilion: 3209 Waterhouse Street
Winborn Terrace pool & clubhouse: 1204 Winborn Terrace

Rental fees are as follows:

$25 for the pavilion
$40 for the clubhouse
There is a time limit of 5 hours on all rentals

Any organized use of the pavilion or clubhouse must be set up through Mila Wink to ensure coordination with other reservations. Please note that the Waterhouse Street pavilion may NOT be rented for private parties on these key holiday dates: Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day and Father's Day. These restrictions do not apply to the Winborn Terrace clubhouse, only the open-air pavilion. We want all neighbors to have unrestricted access to all facilities on these key dates.
